CHICKEN MACHO 
4 boneless chicken breasts
Seven Seas Italian dressing
Bread crumbs
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
12 black olives, chopped

Place chicken breasts in casserole dish and sprinkle both sides with a little Italian dressing. Marinate 1 to 2 hours. Roll chicken in bread crumbs and place back in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until done. Cook green pepper and onion in little water until tender.

To serve, melt cheese on top of chicken. Top with peppers, onions and black olives.

Makes 4 servings.
