SOUTHWEST GUACAMOLE DIP | |
2 or 3 avocados (ripe but not mushy) 1/2 cup your favorite salsa (or our salsa) 2 tbsp. lemon juice Peel and pit avocados. Mash with a fork or potato masher to desired smoothness (a few small lumps is fine). Mix in salsa and lemon juice. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. Hint: Guacamole is best when fresh, so prepare the day of use if possible. It will however, keep for several days in the refrigerator. Submitted by: iShopSouthwest |
