MOZZARELLA CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts
1 stick butter
1 c. broccoli
1 c. mushrooms
2 c. Processo Italian bread crumbs
2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 chicken bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 c. water

Soak chicken breasts in a milk and egg mixture for 15 minutes. Then coat the breasts in the bread crumbs and brown on both sides in melted butter in a skillet. In a 13 x 9 inch baking dish, layer the browned chicken breast, cheese, and sliced mushrooms slices. Boil broccoli for 5 minutes, drain and slice and put on top of mushrooms. Add more cheese. Then pour the disolved bouillon over entire dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 20 minutes. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
