CHICKEN MOZZARELLA 
1 tbsp. veg. oil
2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 lg. chicken breast halves
2/3 c. chili sauce
3/4 c. (or 3 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 425 degrees.

BRUSH bottom of rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches, with oil.

MIX baking mix, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika and pepper; coat chicken. Arrange chicken, skin sides down, in pan.

BAKE 45 minutes. Turn chicken; divide chili sauce among breast halves. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake until melted, about 5 minutes longer. Sprinkle with snipped parsley if desired. Makes 6 servings.
