SWISS STEAK MOZZARELLA 
2 lb. round steak, 1/2" thick
1 lb. can tomatoes
1/2 c. onion
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 c. green pepper
1/4 c. butter
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cut meat into serving pieces. Coat in flour, brown in butter. Add tomatoes, salt, basil and pepper. Cover and simmer one hour. Add onion and green pepper. Cook 30 to 45 minutes more or until tender. Top with cheese. Serves 8.
