STEAK MOZZARELLA 
1/2 tsp. basil
1 1/2 lbs. round steak
2 cans whole tomatoes
1 lg. green pepper
1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Mozzarella
Flour
Butter

Cut steak into bite size pieces. Dip into flour. Brown in skillet with butter. Place steak, tomatoes, and peppers in baking dish; add basil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Place shredded cheese on top and bake another 10 minutes. Remove from oven; allow to stand 10 minutes.
