MOZZARELLA ZUCCHINI PIE 
2 tubes crescent rolls
2 med.-lg. zucchini (sliced)
1 med. onion
4 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella
Oregano
Pepper
Brown mustard

Saute sliced onion and zucchini until semi tender. Spread crescent rolls in a lasagna pan to form a large crust. Spread a thin layer of mustard on crust.

In large bowl beat eggs, add cheese and seasoning. Pour hot mixture over this to mix. Pour in "pie" crust and bake at 325 degrees for 35- 40 minutes. (Check to see if mixture has set.)
