DIANNA'S CHICKEN BREAST | |
4 chicken breast, skinned and boned 1 c. Progresso Italian crumbs 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese 2 eggs, beaten Crisco 1 can College Inn chicken broth Cut chicken into serving pieces. Dip chicken into crumb and cheese mixture. Then in egg. Then again in crumb and cheese mixture. Brown in hot Crisco. Place in shallow baking dish. Pour chicken broth up to 1/2 inch on side of dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. May be breaded the day before, then baked before serving. |
