WALT'S OAK GRILLED ARTICHOKES 
Artichokes
1/4 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. season salt
1 c. mayonnaise
Garlic butter, for basting
1/4 c. sesame oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2-3 oz. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce

Cut artichokes into quarters and steam, boil or microwave until tender and the leaves are easy to pull from the flower. Grill over any kind of barbeque. Baste with garlic butter and grill until the artichokes are hot.

Sauce: Mix all ingredients. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. Serve artichokes with sauce.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
