BROCCOLI AND SHRIMP DISH 
1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 lb. broccoli (fresh or frozen)
1 stick butter
3 oz. cream cheese
4 slices American cheese or shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of shrimp soup
Town House crackers, crushed

Boil shrimp for 1 minute. Cook broccoli until just tender. In a double boiler, melt the butter, cream cheese, and American cheese. After this has melted and mixed well, stir in soup. Stir to mix until smooth. Put broccoli in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish and drop shrimp on top (cut up larger shrimp). Pour sauce on top and down into shrimp and broccoli. Add topping of crushed crackers. Add small package of sliced almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
