CHICKEN DISH AND SHRIMP CREOLE 
2 lb. chicken breasts
2 lb. shrimp, cleaned and steamed
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
2 bay leaves
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 c. white wine
1 green pepper, sliced
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
2 to 3 tbsp. of Old Bay Seasonings
Salt and pepper to taste

Lightly brown chicken, cut into 1 inch cubes. Steam shrimp and cut in half. Set aside.

Saute onions, celery, green pepper and mushrooms in olive oil.

Combine tomatoes, tomato paste and wine. Season with salt and pepper, cayenne pepper. Add shrimp, chicken, and sauteed vegetables. Season to taste with Old Bay Seasonings, add bay leaves. Let simmer for an hour. Serve over rice.
