PRIZE WINNING BAR - B - QUE
CHICKEN
 
2 cut up chickens
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. cider vinegar
4 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tsp. minced garlic

Mix together and marinate the above ingredients for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Drain and cook on grill until done. NOTE: I prefer to spend more time with my guests than with my grill, so I cook drained chicken in microwave first and then finish up on grill to give it that yummy flavor.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
