PRIZE WINNING BAR - B - QUE CHICKEN | |
2 cut up chickens 1 c. vegetable oil 2 c. cider vinegar 4 tbsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. poultry seasoning 2 tsp. minced garlic Mix together and marinate the above ingredients for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Drain and cook on grill until done. NOTE: I prefer to spend more time with my guests than with my grill, so I cook drained chicken in microwave first and then finish up on grill to give it that yummy flavor. |
