OVEN BAR-B-QUE CHICKEN 
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 (14 oz.) bottled ketchup
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
2 chickens, cut up
1/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. water
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Put ingredients in a saucepan and simmer 15 minutes. Put chickens (seasoned) in a roaster. Pour sauce over the chickens. Bake in 375 degree oven for 2 hours. Baste occasionally. Serves 6-8.
