HOMEMADE TARTAR SAUCE 
3 cups mayonnaise
3 cups dairy sour cream
3 cups cream cheese
2 cups chopped dill pickles
1 cup finely chopped scallions or red onions
2 tsp. dry tartar (spice section of grocers)
2 whole limes, squeezed juice (don't use bottled lime juice)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients well, making sure there are no lumps from the cream cheese. Put in jars and refrigerate. Keeps in refrigerator for 3 months.

Totally yummy! Put on fish 'n chips, scallops, shrimp whatever!

Makes 6 pints. Recipe may be halved.
