PORK AND POTATO SKILLET 
6 pork chops
3 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chicken broth
4 potatoes, sliced
2 onions, chopped or sliced
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Combine flour, salt and pepper. Coat meat and brown on both sides in oil. Drain excess fat. Add broth, cover and simmer until nearly tender (about 30 minutes).

Add potatoes and onions on top; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes more. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
