PORK CHOP 'N POTATO SKILLET 
6 pork chops, cut 1/2 inch thick
8 c. thin potato slices
1 1/2 c. onion slices
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 1/4 c. milk

Brown pork chops in skillet. Combine potatoes, onions, flour and seasonings; toss lightly. Place in buttered 13 1/2 x 8 3/4 x 1 3/4 inch baking dish. Place chops on top of potato mixture. Add soup and milk to drippings in skillet. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour over potatoes and pork chops. Cover, bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 10 or 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
