FETTUCCINE 
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. olive oil, cooking oil
12 oz. fettuccine
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. butter
1 1/4 c. (sm.) zucchini
1 c. whipping cream (heavy)
1/4 - 1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese (Romano)
1/4 c. parsley
Salt & pepper

Cook pasta with salt and oil. Place butter in a skillet, add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Add zucchini, cream and remaining butter. Bring to a boil and lower flame to simmer. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Mix together with pasta and serve.
