FETTUCCINE AL ROSE 
8 oz. dried noodles
2-3 tbsp. butter
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

While pasta cooks, melt butter in large skillet. Add cream and cheese. Simmer over very low heat 4 to 5 minutes until it starts to thicken. Drain pasta well, add to sauce. Optional: Add 4 slices of ham, cut in cubes.
