FETTUCCINE CON PISELLI 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 lb. fettuccine
8 tbsp. butter, cut in small pieces
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Drop peas into boiling water for 10 seconds or just until peas no longer stick together. Drain and return to pan. Add cream and set aside. Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Put butter in a hot serving dish for tossing, then add hot pasta. Briefly heat peas in cream. Add peas in cream to pasta. Add cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss well. Serve hot. Makes 4 servings.
