FETTUCCINE PAPALINI 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettuccine
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
8 oz. boiled ham, cut into strips
6 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 c. butter
1 c. Half and Half
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare pasta as directed on package, drain. Prepare peas, as directed. Cook and stir ham, mushrooms and garlic in 2 tablespoons of butter in skillet. Stir in Half and Half, egg yolks and remaining butter and heat until hot. Pour over pasta and mix with cheese. Makes 6 servings.
