FETTUCCINE A LA LAROSA 
1 lb. fettuccine noodles
1 lb. chicken breast, cut in thin strips
1/4 lb. prosciutto ham, diced
1 finely chopped onion
1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. heavy cream
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. chopped tomatoes
Parmesan cheese

In a large skillet, cook onion until transparent in oil. Add chicken and brown until tender, remove chicken and place aside. Add tomatoes. Add mushrooms and prosciutto, salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes or so. Add chicken and heavy cream and heat until blended. Pour mixture over cooked fettuccine noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Buon Apetite!
