STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, drained & thawed

Combine first five ingredients; mix well. Combine next five ingredients; mix. Combine eggs, oil and strawberries. Add to dry ingredients, mixing well. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 8"x5"x3" loaf pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until wooden pick comes out clean. The last 15 minutes, cover with aluminum foil.
