STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed, drain, saving 1/2 cup juice
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. oil

SPREAD:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. strawberry juice

Mix all dry ingredients. Make a hole in center of dry ingredients, pour all liquids in hole. Mix thoroughly by hand. Grease and line with foil 2 loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done.

Soften cream cheese, add strawberry juice. Stir until smooth.
