STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed

Combine first 1 ingredients; mix well. Combine eggs, oil, and strawberries; add to dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour batter into two greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 2 loaves.
