LEMON CREAM CHEESE SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. can pineapple, crushed
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add juice from pineapple plus cold water to make 1 cup. Stir. Add cream cheese and mix with mixer until blended (may be tiny lumps of cream cheese, but that's OK). Stir in nuts and pineapple and pour into 8 x 8 inch square pan. Chill until firm.
