LEMON CREAM CHEESE FLAN 
Arrange pastry dough on a pastry ring (flan pan) or a pie plate. Chill

In a blender, mix the following for the filling:

4 eggs
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
Few grains nutmeg

Pour into pastry shell and bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes or until set.
