To make a bucketful of paste fill a bucket with water, gently stir in whole package of dry paste. Stir constantly for 2 minutes or until paste is absorbed by water. Allow to stand for 15 minutes then stir vigorously.

Tear news paper in strips. Dip strips one at a time into paste and wrap around the form you wish to make smoothing each piece. Layer strips. Allow to dry - paint.
