CORNBREAD DRESSING 
3 loaves corn bread
1 lg. bowl celery (4 c.)
4 lg. c. onions
1-2 c. green pepper
2 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage (1 1/2 lb. reg. - 1/2 lb. hot)

Saute vegetables; mix with bread. Saute sausage. Add to bread and vegetables. Add enough turkey stock to moisten. Add milk to finish moisture. Add 1/2 teaspoon sage (1/2 teaspoon to start). Add a dash or two of thyme and savory to taste.
