CORNBREAD DRESSING 
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 stick butter
4 c. crumbled biscuits
6 c. crumbled cornbread
1 tbsp. sage or poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
3 eggs
4 c. broth

Cook onions and celery in butter until done. Mix cornbread and biscuit crumbs with sage, salt and pepper, eggs and broth and onion and celery. Cook in 375 degree oven for approximately 30-45 minutes.
