ITALIAN LOAF
1 can refrigerated pizza crust dough
4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. spicy pork sausage, browned and drained
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 egg, lightly beaten
7 oz. jar pimentos, drained
4 oz. sliced pepperoni
12 lg. green olives, cut in half

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Unroll dough and cut 1/4 of dough crosswise; set aside. Line a greased loaf pan with the large piece of dough. Moisten the dough with water at corners and press to seal.

Place half of the cheese on bottom of the dough. Top with sausage. Spoon tomato sauce over sausage and sprinkle with spices. Combine spinach and egg and spread over tomato sauce. Layer with pimentos on top of spinach and top with remaining cheese.

Arrange pepperoni on top of cheese layer. Top with olive halves. Cover filling with reserved dough and crimp edges to seal. Cut slits in top of dough. Bake 50 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes before removing from pan and cutting into slices.
