1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. crushed flake cereal
1 egg
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/3 c. spinach, frozen chopped or 1 c. fresh, chopped
1/3 c. water or spinach liquid
1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients. Press into loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degree oven. Serves 6.
