M.'S STUFFED MEAT LOAF 
1 3/4 lb. ground meat
3 eggs
3/4 c. bread crumbs
0-1/8 c. water
Garlic powder
Parsley
Grated cheese (optional)
Salt & pepper
Salami, slices of Provolone cheese (or any cheese desired).
Frozen spinach or broccoli (heat frozen box in microwave)

Mix all dry ingredients first, then add the meat, eggs and water. On a piece of wax paper, flatten meat with hands. Add the salami on top of meat and the cooked spinach or broccoli and the cheese. Take the end of wax paper and roll the meat. (The stuffing should be at center.) Form ends like squares. Then bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Credit to John McCann.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
