RIBBON TURKEY LOAF 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. brown rice, cooked
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. beef bouillon
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 slices natural Swiss cheese (1 oz. each)
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach

Combine turkey, rice, onion, egg and seasonings. Spoon half of mixture into a Pam greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Top with slice of cheese and remaining turkey mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven 40 minutes. Top with remaining slice of cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts.
