RIBBON TURKEY LOAF MICROWAVE 
1 pkg. (1 lb.) ground turkey
1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. instant beef bouillon
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 slices (1 oz. each) natural Swiss cheese
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach or broccoli, thawed and well drained

Microwave. Combine turkey, rice, onion, egg, bouillon and seasonings. Place a glass in the center of 2 quart glass casserole, spoon half the mixture around glass to form ring.

Cut cheese slices into quarters. Top turkey mixture with 4 quarters of cheeses, spinach or broccoli, another 4 cheese quarters and remaining turkey mixture.

Cover with waxed paper. Microwave at High 12 to 14 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink, rotating dish every 5 minutes. Top with remaining 4 cheese quarters. Cover. Let stand 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove glass; cut into wedges to serve. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
