RIBBON MEATLOAF 
3 slices soft bread, torn in sm. pieces
1 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 egg yolk (save white)
1/4 c. minced onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

CHEESE FILLING:

1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. water
2 slices soft bread, torn into pieces
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together bread and milk. Mix in remaining ingredients thoroughly. Pat 1/2 of meat mixture in greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3 inch). Cover with cheese filling. Top with remaining meat mixture. Bake 1 1/2 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
