QUICK POTATO | |
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese 2 lbs. frozen hash browns Salt and pepper 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 c. cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. melted butter 1 c. sour cream Mix all together and top with corn flake crumbs. Put in a 9x13 pan, cover with foil. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour 15 minutes. |
