QUICK 'N EASY POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen O'Brien hash browns
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Combine all ingredients in a greased 9 x 12 pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and crumbs, if desired. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Or microwave on high about 15-20 minutes. A little bacon or ham can be added to this.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
