QUICK - N - EASY HASH BROWN
POTATOES
 
1 lb. frozen French fries
3/4 stick butter
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
Salt & pepper to taste

In a frying pan, melt butter, add onion. Put in French fries. As they begin to thaw, use a spatula to chop and mash them. Ready when golden brown. Makes 4 small servings.
