Instant potatoes for 8 to 10 people
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 tbsp. garlic flavor smoke
1 tsp. salt
Butter
Paprika

Fix potatoes as directed. Add other ingredients. Put in a well greased casserole. Top with 1/4 cup melted butter and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. You may substitute real mashed potatoes for the instant.
