EASY POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped onion (opt.)

Thaw potatoes. Mix all together. Bake in 9"x13" pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
