EASY POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. frozen hash browns 2 c. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. butter 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded 2 tsp. minced onion 1/2 tsp. pepper Thaw hash browns. In large bowl combine melted butter and all ingredients except for the hash browns. Stir in hash browns. Mix well, pour into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
