QUICK SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can milk
Salt and pepper

Peel and slice potatoes in casserole dish. Mix with milk and soup. Pour over potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake in moderate oven 350-375 degrees, stirring occasionally for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
