QUICK COMPANY POTATOES 
1 pkg. (24 oz.) frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of celery soup
4 oz. cream cheese
4 green onions, sliced
3/4 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients in a 10 inch square or round glass baking dish (large Corningware or a deep dish pie plate works well). Cover. Microwave on 50% power for 15 minutes; stir. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Microwave on 50% power for 20 minutes. Cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

HINT: If potatoes are frozen, microwave on HIGH in covered casserole for 5 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes, then proceed with recipe.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
