SHARON'S COMPANY POTATOES 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. sour cream
10 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Partially thaw potatoes and combine rest of ingredients. Top with 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter, mixed. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in 9"x13" pan. Can be mixed the night before and refrigerated. Also freezes well.
