CHOCOLATE OAT BARS 
1 c. flour
1 c. quick-cooking oats
3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass dish). In large bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, and butter; mix well. Reserve 1/2 cup of oat mixture. Press remainder in 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crust. Sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips over top. Add remaining oat mixture, press down firmly. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool, cut into bars.
