CHOCOLATE AND OAT BARS 
1 c. flour
1 c. quick cooking oats
3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass dish). In large bowl, mix flour, oats, sugar, and butter. Reserving 1/2 cup oat mixture, press remainder into 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crust. Top with walnuts, chips, and reserved oat mixture; press down firmly. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and serve. Yield: 24 to 36 bars.
