CHOCOLATE 'N OAT BARS 
1 c. flour
1 c. quick oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and butter. Mix well. Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture - press remaining oat mixture on bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes, pour condensed milk evenly over crust. Sprinkle with nuts and chips, top with remaining oat mixture, press down. Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly golden brown, cool.
