BITE SIZE CHEESE BALLS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. (4 oz.) finely shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. finely shredded carrots
1 tsp. honey
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
24 pretzel sticks

Combine first 4 ingredients; cover and chill 1 hour shape into 1 inch balls, and roll in pecans; cover and chill. To serve, place a pretzel into each.
