BITE SIZE CHEESE BALLS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c. carrots, finely shredded
1 tsp. honey
1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped
24 pretzel sticks

Combine first 4 ingredients; cover and chill 1 hour. Shape into 1 inch balls and rolls in pecans; cover and chill. To serve, place a pretzel stick into each. Yield: 2 dozen.
