3 3/4 c. sugar 2 c. hot water 8 tbsp. Taster's Choice instant coffee 1/2 c. boiling water 1 qt. 100 proof vodka 2 tsp. vanilla, or a vanilla bean In a large pot, dissolve and bring to a boil, the sugar and 2 cups hot water. Let boil several minutes then remove from heat. In a separate bowl, mix Taster's Choice and boiling water and make sure it's dissolved. Add to the sugar and water mixture. COOL COMPLETELY!!!! When cool, add vodka and vanilla. Pour into bottles. Let age in a dark place for at least 30 days. The longer it ages, the better it gets. |
